Man Being Sued Over Counterfeit, Virtual Sex Toys



A number of people with virtual online shops in the game 'Second Life' are suing a 36-year-old man who they claim is counterfeiting their products ranging from sex toys, to furniture, to apparel.

"It’s stealing," Kevin Alderman, who sells codes that allow users to have online sex. Lawyers for the group claim they are very serious and believe they have a strong case, saying that the man's actions have hurt their clients financially.

The target of the lawsuit denies any wrongdoing. "They can say whatever they want to say. It's a video game," said the 36-year-old.
