Pissed off cabbie pulls porn prank

icSouthlondon - Porn site defiance: "THE man behind a hoax council website featuring hard-core porn is refusing to close it down.

Defiant Stephan Toth, 54, set up the obscene site, with a similar web address to Lambeth council's official site, after getting a parking ticket in Brixton.

Computer experts at the town hall tracked down the retired cabbie, who lives in Westminster, and demanded he take it down.

But Mr Toth said he paid £27 to buy the domain name - the address of the site - and he intended to keep it up and running for the next two years.

And it seems the council might not be able to stop him."
